What's Covered
Missing or improperly driven nails, screws, or fasteners
Posts not set plumb or to documented depth
Concrete not poured to spec or not properly compacted
Panel alignment, gate sag, or hinge misalignment from install error
Hardware installed incorrectly or with the wrong torque
Workmanship defects identified at any point in the fence's service life
Separate From Manufacturer Coverage
Materials are covered by their own manufacturer warranties — vinyl, aluminum, and composite manufacturers each provide product-level coverage. The following items fall outside our workmanship warranty:
Posts not set plumb or to documented depth
Damage from severe weather, vehicle impact, or vandalism
Wear from improper homeowner alterations after install
